These terms govern your use of boslaac.com (the "site"), operated by Bosla Art Consultancy L.L.C. ("Bosla"), Court Tower, Iris Bay, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the site you accept them.

The site

The site describes Bosla's services and lets you send enquiries, request access to Bosla Private Art Access, and apply to the artist network. Sending a form does not create a contract; any engagement is set out in a separate written proposal or agreement, which prevails over these terms.

Content

All text, images, designs and editorial on the site belong to Bosla or are used with the permission of their owners, including artists whose work is shown. You may read and share links to the site. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape or republish its content, or the images of artworks, without written permission.

Editorial content expresses a point of view. It is not professional, legal, financial or investment advice, and Bosla accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of it.

Private Art Access

Access to the portal is granted at Bosla's discretion, is personal to the approved user, and may be withdrawn at any time. Portal content — including artist identities, artworks, availability and indicative price bands — is confidential to the approved user and may not be shared or reproduced. Prices and availability shown are indicative until confirmed in writing by Bosla.

Your submissions

You confirm that information you send through the site is accurate and that you have the right to share any portfolio or material you submit. Artist applicants keep all rights in their work; by applying you allow Bosla to review the material and keep it on file for the purposes described in the privacy notice.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems, submit automated or bulk requests, or use the forms for anything other than a genuine enquiry, access request or application.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Bosla excludes liability for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content, and does not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption or error.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
